Our purpose in life has been, for more than 50 years, inventing, selecting, creating products for the pastry and ice cream shops and bakeries.
The target we aim to is to give a new look to your creations, to grow up by inventing and developing new decoration concepts or by innovating already existing products.
While committing to reach our target we face every day a highly food-safety conscious and demanding market.
And we pay utmost attention to the need of the market and of our customers.
That’s why the quality controls our products undergo are particularly strict and accurate.
We assure that each single product respects the strict and many laws regulating food safety in order to safeguard your purchases and your consumptions.

We are HACCP, ISO9002, VISION2000 e OGM Free certified.
But this is not enough for us. In order to be merchandized our products must comply with all major tests (migration tests, microbiological analysis, etc.) not only to respect the limits set by law but above all the high quality standards Modecor has set.

Furthermore we offer a wide range of gluten-free products for which we are enrolled to the AIC reference book (celiac disease Italian association).
This allows also those affected by celiac disease to decorate and enjoy their creations without any fear of contamination.
